Davido Early Life

On November 21, 1992, Davido was born in Atlanta, Georgia, to Nigerian wealthy businessman Chief Adedeji Adeleke and his spouse, Dr. Veronica Adeleke, a university lecturer.

His parents are the parents of three children. He has two sisters, Ashley Coco and Sharon, and an older brother, Adewale Adedeji. His mother passed away in 2003.
His father created Adeleke University and is currently the CEO of Pacific Holdings. Davido and his siblings are members of their father's board of directors.

Davido was a student at the exclusive British International School in Lagos. When he was eleven years old, he started making music.

He enrolled in Alabama's "Oakwood University" to study business administration. During his time at university, he was quite interested in music. Later, he left school to focus solely on his music career. He was a part of the musical ensemble "KB International" while attending college.
